On May 9-10, Chatsworth Products, Inc. (CPI) will join alliance partner Corning Cable Systems at the 2012 BICSI Andino Conference and Tradeshow in the capitol city of Bogota, Colombia. This year’s theme, “Breaking Paradigms in the Transport of Information,” highlights the ways in which new advances in cabling and data centers is helping revolutionize the technology infrastructure of Latin America.
In addition to our co-sponsored booth display with Corning (booth #16), CPI will be well represented when Victor Banuelos, CPI’s Technical Manager for Latin America, takes to the BICSI Andino stage at 2:30PM on May 9 to deliver a special presentation entitled “Maximum Efficiency for High Density Applications with Passive Cooling.”
For its highly effective and cost efficient impact on thermal management in the data center, CPI Passive Cooling® Solutions work especially well when paired with CPI’s TeraFrame® or GF-Series GlobalFrame® Cabinet Systems.
Speaking of the TeraFrame family of cabinets, they integrate perfectly with Corning Cable Systems LANscape® Pretium™ Solutions Plug & Play™ Universal System to form the basis of CPI Fiber Management, which supports fiber channel connectivity in storage area networks (SANs) and underscores our close relationship with Corning at BICSI Andino and well beyond.
Now in its seventh year, BICSI Andino moves to a brand new venue this year, one of Bogota’s most modern meeting facilities, known as “El Cubo de Colsubsidio” or The Cube (pictured below).
