From Stockholm to Down Home in Texas: CPI Connects Via Webcast

 Permanent link

While Chatsworth Products spends plenty of time and energy engaging with customers and colleagues face-to-face at tradeshows, conferences, seminars and training worldwide, we also understand the importance (and convenience!) of virtually connecting with customers when the situation demands it.

Case in point, CPI’s recent involvement in a special webcast commissioned by our valued distributor partner, Anixter, out of their branch office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Attended by 25 customers, partners and installers from across the Nordics, and also including presentations by Corning (who covered optical fiber trends in data centers) and Bergvik Flooring (who covered raised floor systems), CPI’s Global Technology Manager, Ian Seaton, woke early (3AM!) to deliver a virtual presentation from his home office at CPI’s Research, Development and Training Center in Georgetown, Texas – some 17,500 miles away.

CPI Webcast in Stockholm, SwedenDespite the seven-hour time difference, Ian’s presentation (based on CPI’s latest white paper) “How Much Containment is Enough?” was well received by attendees, whom you can see in the photo above listening in to Ian discuss the benefits of Hot Air Isolation.

If you're interested in learning more about CPI's training programs, would like to attend an upcoming data center seminar or browse our comprehensive video library, CPI maintains a robust database for continuing education and product knowledge. Jeff Cihocki, Global eContent Specialist
