(CPI Blog, Our Company, Tradeshows, Industry News) Permanent link This February 12-16, the 2012 BICSI Winter Conference and Exhibition once again returns to Orlando, Florida for a week of networking, educational presentations and high-tech exhibits focused on telecommunications, information technology and more - not to mention plenty of fun and sun in one of the nation's warmest locales this time of year.
Among the exhibits, be sure to visit Chatsworth Products, Inc. (CPI) at Booth 911 , where we’ll be introducing some major new product releases making their world debut on the showroom floor, while you'll also have the chance to network with a variety of expert CPI Sales and Technical Support team members.
While the Cabling Skills Challenge will be offering up cold, hard cash for the best cable slingers, plenty of other BICSI attendees will be honing their skills and taking exams to earn a variety of Continuing Education Credits (CECs) for designations such as the RCDD, RITP and newly-introduced DCDC. Read more about BICSI Credentialing updates for 2012 .
On the governing body side of things, this year’s conference will also feature plenty of committee meetings, including the continued establishment of industry standards for Building Information Modeling, otherwise known as BIM.
Used to assist customers using Autodesk® Revit®, 3D BIM Drawings are becoming one of the most comprehensive design tools in project planning. To meet growing demand, CPI maintains one of the industry’s largest BIM Drawing databases , offering nearly 220 product-specific drawings. Look for our next round of product drawings in the coming months.
In the meantime, don’t miss CPI at the 2012 BICSI Winter Conference in Orlando! Let’s just say you won’t be able to "contain" your excitement at what we have in store. Jeff Cihocki, Global eContent Specialist
