Companies can save between $5 and $25 million by rescuing
lost power and cooling with containment.
It's been determined that between 30 and 50 percent of all data centers will run out of power and cooling within the next year, and an average of four times more cooling will be used than is actually required by the IT load.
But by using airflow containment, it’s possible to recapture
stranded or lost capacity and add years of life to your data center.
As this infographic shows, a very effective containment
solution for an environment where cooling is constrained but power is not,
can add about 17 years of life to the data center.
Chatsworth Products’ (CPI) latest white paper, “Extend theLife of Your Data Center,” explains in detail how this is possible. Download it now.
