Earlier this year at the AFCOM trade show in Las Vegas, Anixter, a CPI distributor, officially launched their ipAssured for Data Centers program. Designed to help customers positively impact the efficiency, conservation and profitability of a data center, this new program strives to categorize data center projects into three main scenarios: "Refined" (IP-Class 1+), "Enhanced" (IP-Class 5+) and "Advanced" (IP-Class 10+). Based on a customer's needs and the life cycle of a typical data center, these classifications cover everything from short-term builds to extensive retrofitting and state-of-the-art upgrades in existing installations.
For Chatsworth Products end users, the launch of ipAssured for Data Centers represents a streamlined way in which our wide variety of products can be targeted to your specific needs. And because we manufacture such a wide variety of products that support everything from low level IT closets all the way to huge enterprise data centers, the program helps customers make more informed choices based on the size and scope of their project.
With guidance from Anixter's ipAssured for Data Centers program in place, CPI looks forward to working with Anixter to provide better support and service to our customers worldwide. Andy Woods, Corporate Channel Manager
