Chatsworth Products, Inc. (CPI) broke ground today on an
expansion project that will increase production space at the Georgetown, Texas
facility by thirty percent.
Georgetown Mayor Dale Ross, Chamber of Commerce President
Karen Sheldon, and other members of the Chamber joined CPI employees and
project managers for the event.
The expansion, scheduled for completion in January 2016,
will accommodate a new state-of-the-art powder coat paint system, as well as
provide room for additional new manufacturing technology.
This is the second major expansion at this facility in just
a few years, coming after the completion of the Research,
Development and Training Center in February of 2009.
