Welcome to 2012! Here at Chatsworth Products, Inc. (CPI), we’re excited to be back and eager to get going on what promises to be our biggest and best year yet. Of course, 2011 had more than its fair share of major strides and milestones for those of us in and around data centers, telecommunications, security and beyond.
Among 2011’s greatest hits was the introduction of the GF-Series GlobalFrame® Cabinet System. This versatile and cost effective enclosure is offered in 30 popular frame sizes and fully-supportive of CPI Passive Cooling® Solutions. In 2012, the GlobalFrame’s infamous world tour is poised to roll on, offering world-class solutions at a highly competitive price point.
Another major milestone in 2011 – the launch of a brand new and totally redesigned CPI Global Website. Not only offering our customers a fully interactive and feature-laden online experience, the Global Website also became the gateway to CPI’s commitment to delighting the customer on a worldwide scale, offering content, product information, documentation and more in three new languages: Spanish, Chinese and UK English. Look for more on this important online advancement in the weeks and months to come.
And in case you missed it, the complete 2011 recap is included in our year-end eNewsletter retrospective.
Looking ahead, CPI is keeping our finger on the pulse and paying close attention to the major trends for 2012. These include the continued shift towards cloud computing and co-location for organizations of varying size, the rise of modular-style data center environments featuring the evolution of both hot and cold aisle computing, and the increased importance of successfully and efficiently powering your network with reliable electrical infrastructure and software management tools.
In the days, weeks and months ahead, stay tuned for some major announcements regarding these trends, as well as CPI’s event plans and opportunities for seminar learning and credit building in the New Year.
