Snap-In Filler PanelCPI's popular Snap-In Filler Panels, which is available in both 1U and 2U, are now available in packs of one, six and 50.

Snap-In Filler Panels are solid panels used to fill open rack mounting spaces in cabinets that store rack-mount computer servers and data storage equipment.

Use filler panels in any CPI Cabinet System that is equipped with 19” EIA square-punched equipment mounting rails. No tools or hardware are required for installation. Simply line up the posts on the back of the Snap-In Filler Panels with the square-punched holes in the equipment mounting rails and push – the panels snap in place. To remove, pull on the indented areas on the front edge of the panel – the panel snaps out.

When deploying CPI Passive Cooling® Solutions, use Snap-In Filler Panels in combination with the Air Dam Kit to create an internal airflow barrier between the front and back of the cabinet. The airflow barrier blocks recirculation of hot exhaust air from the back of the cabinet to the front of the cabinet, which keeps cooling air temperatures lower because cold air goes through equipment without being pre-heated by hot exhaust air.
