CPI Passive Cooling Solutions are Topic of Interest in Video and Magazine

(Tradeshows, Thermal Management, Applications, Data Center) Permanent link

CPI is a regular exhibitor at the BICSI Conferences held throughout the year. Many of our employees, especially our RCDD-certified employees, attend the conference to keep their skills sharp, to meet with others in the industry and to keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies.

During the BICSI Conference in January, Matt Vincent, Senior Editor for Cabling Installation & Maintenance Magazine, took the opportunity to get short video interviews with several knowledgeable attendees, including Ian Seaton, CPI's Technology Marketing Manager.

Matt Vincent asked Ian this question, "Even in the struggling economy data centers are still operating, and by definition they're hot and densly packed. What can we expect to see in the way of thermal management, cable management products and technologies going forward in 2009?" Below is a link to the video interview. Ian gives a quick overview of the options available to data center operators, including passive cooling.

Additionally, CPI's Passive Cooling Solution as implemented by CDW is featured on the cover of the current issue of Cabling Installation & Maintenance Magazine.
