Since our doors opened in 1991, Chatsworth Products (CPI) has maintained a unique Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) structure, where all employees become beneficial owners. This unique culture not only inspires employees to build high-quality products, but also to continually delight our customers through unrivaled customer service and technical support.
October is National ESOP Month, and CPI, one of over 10,000 ESOP organizations, is celebrating. This year’s ESOP motto is, “Flying as a Team Gives Our ESOP Wings.” Throughout the next few weeks, CPI has a number of fun activities planned across all of our facilities, including:
- Puzzle Word Search & Trivia Game
- Luau
- Special Luncheons
- Halloween Costume Contest
- Pumpkin Carving Contest
- Tricycle Race
