WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., April 15, 2014 – Chatsworth Products’ (CPI) new high-density eConnect® power distribution units (PDUs) will be the topic of an educational presentation at AFCOM’s 2014 Data Center World Conference, April 28 – May 2 at the Mirage Resort, Las Vegas. CPI will also showcase its latest Power Management Tool (PMT) and aisle containment solution, as well as other innovative, cost-effective products and solutions.
“CPI eConnect PDUs: Advancements and Money-Saving Opportunities in Cabinet Power Distribution,” will be presented by Anderson Hungria, CPI’s Sr. Product Manager of Power, Electronics & Software, on Tuesday, April 29 from 3 – 4 p.m. Hungria will discuss how the new generation of eConnect PDUs meets every density, functionality and power requirement in the data center.
“Not only do eConnect PDUs have the highest temperature rating on the market, the local LCD display allows for quick network setup and data feedback during initial startup,” Hungria states.
Additionally, CPI will demonstrate its latest data center products and solutions on the exhibit room floor, including:
N-Series TeraFrame® Gen 3 Network Cabinet: Featuring complete airflow isolation like no other cabinet in the market today, CPI’s N-Series TeraFrame supports and protects network switches, regardless of size or model. - Build To Spec (BTS) Kit Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) Solution: CPI’s highly adaptable, easy-to-order, field-fabricated solution is ideal for custom, retrofit applications that have a mix of cabinets in varying heights, widths and depths. The BTS Kit arrives on a pallet and includes eight unique components to field-fabricate over a contained aisle.
- Power Management Tool: This new tool will debut at Data Center World. It allows for monitoring, alerting, trending, mapping and managing connectivity at the cabinet level. Manage power/U-space capacity, aggregate up to 10,000 devices, get quick dashboard/trending summaries and set up data center hierarchy with one convenient, single web-based interface.
Also highlighted in the booth will be CPI’s F-Series TeraFrame Gen 3 Cabinet System, the new high-density eConnect PDUs and an Open Architecture solution, featuring Evolution® Cable Management and OnTrac® Wire Mesh Cable Tray. All of the products will be displayed in Glacier White, which has been a sensation at recent events.
