Cologix, Inc., a Denver-based colocation company, was able to improve cooling inefficiencies and achieve significant energy savings, thanks to Chatsworth Products’ (CPI) customization competences.
With a growing North American footprint across eight markets, Cologix needed to resolve cooling and airflow inefficiencies in its Dallas INFOMART carrier hotel. The company also needed a solution that would address the unique layout of the data center facility, as well as the cost and quality of the products.

Cologix selected CPI’s Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) Solution with GF-Series GlobalFrame® Cabinets, Cable Runway and accessories. Each GlobalFrame cabinet was customized individually by CPI to meet Cologix’s requirements.
Since implementing CPI’s custom solutions, Cologix has been able to run a more cost- and energy-efficient cooling system. Not only will this result in good service for the company’s customers, as well as a better return on investment, but Cologix will also benefit from more efficient data centers.
