CPI Introduces KoldLok^® 2-Post Grommets for Sealing the Base of Two-Post Racks
Snap-on Tool Blocks Airflow, Prevents Dust from Collecting

Koldlok 2-Post Rack Grommet - 13878P_INSTALL_RGB72.jpg WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Feb. 28, 2014 – Chatsworth Products (CPI) introduces KoldLok^® 2-Post Rack Grommets, which seal the base of two-post racks to prevent by-pass airflow, as well as contamination from air impurities, two concerns in data center cooling.

KoldLok 2-Post Grommets are designed to cover the opening between the base angles of CPI’s Two-Post Standard Rack. It forms a tight seal around cables, allowing the cables to pass between the base angles of the rack, while preventing dust from collecting between the base angles and blocking airflow.

KoldLok 2-Post Grommets are made with durable sealing materials that will not break, stretch, tear or deform from repeated use. Its split design allows for easy installation on newly installed or existing Standard Racks by simply snapping onto the base angle of the rack.
