WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. - Chatsworth Products, Inc. (CPI), a 100% employee-owned leading manufacturer of structural support systems for technology equipment, announces the release of a new Datacom Cabinet Accessory Mounting Rail Kit for IBM Equipment.
These new mounting rails will allow IBM's eServer pSeries products to be mounted in the M-Series MegaFrame®, C-Series SlimFrame™, and Seismic Frame™ Cabinet Systems. Designed in CPI Style, each rail system includes two full or half-height rails and installation hardware. Mounting rails are constructed of 14-gauge steel with the Universal EIA 5/8"-5/8"-1/2" alternating hole pattern. Round mounting holes accept IBM's eServer pSeries slides, which feature bullet-shaped pegs on the front and rear. Additionally, mounting rails adjust from 24"-39" allowing the installation of equipment with varying depths.
Already recognized as offering the most flexible storage and securing solutions for Dell®, Compaq®, Hewlett Packard®, and Sun Microsystems® servers, Chatsworth Products continues to be responsive to rapidly evolving applications by adding these new mounting rails. MegaFrame, SlimFrame, and Seismic Frame Cabinet Systems will now house IBM's new server, along with all other top selling server products.
