CPI Signs Agreement With American Access Technologies For Sale and Distribution of 'Zone Cabling' Products

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. - May 9, 2003 - Chatsworth Products, Inc. (CPI), a 100% employee-owned leading manufacturer of structural support systems for technology equipment, and American Access Technologies, Inc. (AATK), a telecommunications company that develops, manufactures and markets innovative products designed to support evolving structured cabling systems, announces the signing of an agreement for the sales and distribution of Zone Cabling, Wireless and Wi-Fi products. A letter of intent between the two companies had been announced in a joint press release issued on February 25, 2003.
